SHIPPING FAQ

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

Upon receipt of your payment, we will send out your order (in stock item) within 2-7 working days. 

Pre-order item is usually available in 4-6 weeks. Listed lead time is for reference only. Please contact us via IG or email for more information about pre-order item.  

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING COST?

​Local shipping will be offered by S.F. Express and the delivery cost will be paid by the receiver.

Free local shipping (including S.F. pick-up points/ home/ office addresses) will be offered to small parcel (<45x30x35cm) with purchase of HK$1000 or above.

Free shipping may not be eligible to all orders with purchase of $1000 or above. If the size of parcel is larger than 45x30x35cm, the delivery cost will be paid by the receiver.

HOW LONG DO I NEED TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Most orders will arrive 3-5 working days after shipment is completed. 

Unique is not liable to any shipping delays, nor loss of any kind caused by unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as unreachable recipients, invalid addresses, weather conditions that affect delivery, customs clearance delays and so on. In these situations, Unique will try its best to notify customers of the delay, and if possible, make new delivery/collection arrangements with an estimated delivery date.

WHAT IF I WANT TO ORDER A PRE-ORDER ITEM AND ALSO ITEMS THAT ARE IN STOCK?

The entirety of your order will be held until the pre-order item is completed and all the items can ship together in one package. If you would like your in-stock purchases to ship separately, ahead of your pre-order purchase, please either purchase the in-stock items through a separate order from your pre-order items, or contact us to request that the order be split and shipped separately.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE FOUND SHIPPING DAMAGE OR WRONG ITEMS?

All products are carefully checked for faults or damage and packed in perfect condition prior to shipment, especially for fragile items. Please check the packaging box and see if there are any signs of damage, or if the package has been opened during transit. If there is any suspicious damage, please do not sign the customer receipt prepared by the courier. Unique is not able to help you troubleshoot the issue if you sign the receipt. 

 

If there is wrongly shipped item, please let us know by email within 48 hours. Unique will arrange door pick-up at your convenient period of time. To exchange your order, please return all product(s) including the accessories, internal and external packaging, gifts and instruction manual or any documents in their original condition.

DO YOU SUPPORT EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

 

Due to the limited amount of stocks, all products sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

WILL MY ORDERED ITEM(S) BE IDENTICAL TO THE SAMPLE IMAGE?

 

Each product is authentically photo shot to show its original appearance. Nevertheless, due to resolution variation among computers, the actual color of the products may not be as accurate as that shown on the website images. 

 

For wooden products, due to different tree part, each product may differ a bit from one another in terms of color, texture, weight and grain. The wooden products are uniquely handcrafted, there maybe natural scratches on the surface. 

 

For porcelain products, due to uniquely handcrafting and painting, each product may differ a bit from one another in terms of shape and color. Product may not be exactly identical to the sample images.

 

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for the above reasons. Please ensure you understand the above situations before any purchase.
