Care & Maintenance Instructions
Stovetop Heating Guidelines (Pitcher): Suitable for direct heating on gas stoves and electric ceramic cooktops. Always use low-to-medium heat and ensure liquid is inside the pitcher before heating to prevent dry boiling.
Hand Wash Recommended: Gently clean with warm water, mild liquid soap, and a soft sponge or microfiber cloth. Avoid steel wool, wire brushes, or abrasive pads that could scratch the glass surface.
Dishwasher Safe: The high borosilicate glass and stainless steel filter lid are dishwasher safe. Place items securely on the top rack to prevent them from bumping against other dishes during the wash cycle.
Filter Lid Care: Remove the silicone seal ring on the lid periodically to clean thoroughly underneath. Allow all parts to dry completely before reassembling to maintain a fresh, hygienic seal.
Avoid Microwave Use for Lids: While the glass body is microwave safe, remove the metal filter lid before heating in a microwave.
